Voter registration for the 2026 midterm elections is currently active across various states. Pennsylvania residents can check their registration status, and unregistered voters can still participate in the election. Idaho and Texas have issued guides for Election Day voters, advising them to cast their ballots in person instead of using mail-in ballots. The Los Angeles Times reports that voters who are not registered can still vote, while CBS News provides instructions for checking registration in Pennsylvania.
